Maybe
You’re…
  • Wondering what’s next in your career

  • Stepping into a new leadership role

  • Ready for a change, but unsure where to begin

  • Wanting to lead with greater confidence

  • Looking to better understand your natural strengths

CoaChing grounded in your strengths

You already have more talent than you may realize. Often, the challenge isn’t ability — it’s clarity.

My coaching is grounded in helping you understand how you’re naturally wired, recognize what you do best, and use those strengths more intentionally.

Together, we'll work to:

  • Increase self-awareness

  • Clarify what's next

  • Build confidence in what you do best

  • Move forward with purpose

I won’t tell you what to do. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, offer perspective, and help you see your options more clearly—so you can make confident decisions about what's next.

Coaching with me feels more like a thoughtful conversation than a performance review.

For more than 30 years, I led sales and marketing teams across the United States, built businesses and worked with some of the country’s largest retailers.

What I valued most, though, was helping people grow.

For the past eight years, I've used CliftonStrengths to mentor leaders, strengthen teams, and help people better understand how they're naturally wired to lead, communicate, and perform at their best.

Today, through Lagniappe Coaching, I help individuals and teams navigate career transitions, leadership growth, and what’s next with greater clarity and confidence.

My style is practical, conversational, and grounded in real leadership experience—not corporate buzzwords or motivational hype.

My goal is simple: help you see yourself more clearly, make better decisions, and move forward with confidence.
