Coaching is a thoughtful conversation designed to help you gain clarity and move forward. Rather than telling you what to do, I ask questions, offer perspective, and help you better understand your strengths and options.
Whether you’re navigating a career change, growing as a leader, or simply feeling stuck, coaching creates space to make more confident, intentional decisions.

I work with professionals at different stages of their careers—from early-career professionals to experienced leaders and executives—who are looking for greater clarity, confidence, and direction.
I also work with leadership teams to strengthen communication, collaboration, and overall effectiveness through strengths-based development.

After more than 30 years leading teams and businesses across North America, I’ve sat in many of the same seats my clients occupy today.
I understand the pressures of leadership, career transitions, and organizational change because I’ve experienced them firsthand.
My coaching combines real-world leadership experience with a strengths-based approach to help you better understand how you’re wired, see your options more clearly, and move forward with confidence.

Our first conversation is about getting to know one another and understanding what brings you to coaching.
We’ll talk about:
Your goals
What’s prompting you to seek coaching
Where you feel energized — or stuck
Your CliftonStrengths results, if available
What success would look like for you
By the end, we should both have a clearer sense of where you’d like to go and whether working together feels like the right fit.

Every coaching relationship is different.
Some clients want support through a specific transition over a few months. Others choose to continue coaching as their goals and circumstances evolve.
We’ll shape the coaching around what you want to accomplish rather than follow a one-size-fits-all program.
-
Not at all.
While I work with experienced leaders and executives, I also coach early-career professionals, people navigating career changes, entrepreneurs, and others looking for greater clarity about what’s next.
Coaching isn’t about your title. It’s about what you want to better understand, change, or move toward.
-
Absolutely.
Most coaching sessions are held virtually, allowing us to work together regardless of location.
For clients in Northern Michigan, in-person coaching is also available.

Lagniappe is a Louisiana word meaning “a little something extra” — and a nod to my Louisiana roots.
It reflects how I think about coaching: offering a fresh perspective, a thoughtful question, or an insight that helps you leave the conversation with a little more clarity than you had when you started.

If you're asking questions like:
"What's next in my career?"
"How can I become a better leader?"
"Why do I feel stuck?"
"How can I better use my strengths?"
"What's getting in my way?"
coaching may be worth exploring.
The first conversation is simply a chance to talk about what you’re navigating and see whether coaching — and working together — feels like the right fit.
